How is this different from your 21-Day Vegan Fresh Start? 

The 21-Day program was a powerful food-based jumpstart. This 6-week group coaching program is the next step, teaching mindset skills, tools, and strategies to finally have long-term consistency.

Are recipes and meal plans included in the program? 

No, recipes and meal plans are not included. The program includes the fundamentals of plant-based nutrition and meal preparation techniques, empowering you to create balanced meals that fit your lifestyle. For recipes, check out my best-selling books, Ageless Vegan and By Any Greens Necessary, available wherever books are sold and at your local library.

What if I can’t make a live call?

No problem—every call is recorded, and you’ll receive the replay within 24 hours. You can watch (or rewatch) anytime it works for you, so you’ll never miss the guidance and support.

 How much time do I need to set aside each week? 

About 2 hours each week (or more if you choose): time for one 60-minute live call, a short video lesson, a guide with tools and reflection prompts, and optional community check-ins.
